Because the Mukwonago schools are closed due to the cold weather, no after school activities can be held. Therefore, we are cancelling tonight's wrestling practice.

Here is your workout tonight

• 25 push-ups
• 25 sit ups
• 15 wall walls
• 25 squats

If you're in the second group double these numbers....

12/16/08- Hello Mukwonago Wrestling Club Members

just some quick notes....

1st - great job in selling Kringles, we set a club record selling 2442 items..... We will be ordering the prizes for those of you who sold 100 points or more this week, thank you again.

2nd - A couple moms have mentioned their wrestlers coming home with some finger nail scratches.... Please remember to trim your wrestlers finger nails short, so we can minimize nail scratches.

3rd - Remember to bring a re-sealable water bottle for practice ( water only)

Finally we will start minimum skills testing tonight with the more experienced wrestlers, the coaches will be selecting the wrestlers to do the testing. Once a wrestler passes the minimum skills test, he can check out a singlet, through Dick Hinz with the signed certificate, a signed code of conduct and a $50 deposit check, the check will not be cashed, unless you do not return the singlet in a timely manner.

Unless they lock the doors and throw away the keys, Wrestling practice WILL be held tonight. Please use your own judgment on getting your wrestler safely to and from practice.

remember to have the kids wear there club t-shirt on Thursday for our wrestling exhibition on Club night All wrestlers should be there at 5:30 pm on Thursday.

Our Mukwonago Wrestling Club Registration will be held at the Mukwonago High School athletic foyer on Thursday Nov. 6th from 6:00 – 8 pm.

Our club is open to all girls and boys in grades K-8. The cost of registration is $60. Discount for families with two or more wrestlers.

New members need to bring proof of age in the form of a copy of their birth certificate.

If you've outgrown your wrestling shoes and you would like to recycle them, please bring them to registration and the club would be happy to pass them along.
