2009-2010 Sign Up will be held Thursday November 5th from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Mukwonago High School in the cafeteria
1st Practice will be held on Tuesday December 1st.

1. Download the registration form and Code of Conduct/Singlet Policy and complete them.

All wrestlers will have to pass the comptency skills criteria in order to receive their singlet!!!
2. Print both completed forms and bring to registration at Mukwonago High School on Thursday November 5th along with a copy of your child's BIRTH CERTIFICATE(unless club already has a copy).
3. Fees for registration are as follows:
Club Fee = $35 + USA Card = $35 -- Total $70
(Discount of $5 off the Club fee for each additional sibling)
(USA Card required for competing in tournaments)
4. When you register for the club, you will be given your Kringle sales forms and information for the club's annual Kringle Fund Raiser. (See the Club Fund Raiser page for more details and information.)
5. 1st Practice begins on December 1st. (Remember to have Kringle sales information submitted by this date!!!!!!)
Group #1 -- 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Group #2 -- 6:45pm - 8:00pm
