• 2008/09 Sign up will be Thursday Nov 6th. from 6:00pm – 8:00 pm at Mukwonago High School in the cafeteria.
• 1st Practice will be Tuesday Dec 2nd.

Follow this procedure to sign up for the 2008-2009 Mukwonago Wrestling Club season. If you have any questions contact Coach Dusing -Randal.Dusing@med.ge.com

1. Download the registration form and fill out.

2. Print form and bring to registration at the high school on Thursday Nov. 6th along with a copy of birth certificate (unless the club already has a copy).
3. Fees for registration are Club fee $30, + USA card $30 = Total of $60 (discount of $10 on the club fee for each additional sibling)
4. Pick up Kringle sale forms at registration
5. SELL KRINGLE!!!!!!!
6. Turn Kringle sale forms in on 1st day of practice (Dec 2nd)
7. Tuesday Dec. 2nd - First Practice!

Group 1- 5:30 - 6:30

Group 2- 6:45 - 8:00
